The 5.7 acre park was developed in collaboration with residents and design committee appointed by city council. The park consists of 4 sections; a market place, a children's place area, memorial and serene park, and an amphitheater with a multi-purpose field

Parking placed around perimeter to maximized recreational green space. Wide sidewalks are proposed to encourage alternative transportation such as golf carts.
